Apparently, it is International De-lurking Week in the blogosphere (thank you to my fellow Nashville mommy-blogger Jessie Weaver (AKA Vanderbilt Wife) for informing us all of that!)
So, if you are a "lurker" on this or any other blogs, it's time to come out of the woodwork (at least for this week) and leave a comment to let everybody know you're here! If you delurked yourself a long time ago, still leave a comment--I'd love to hear from you!
Tell me how you found The Parsonage Family, what kind of posts you like best, what you'd like to see more of, or just leave an anonymous "Hi!"
I'm trying to make a practice of commenting more on the blogs I read, and of responding to comments left here on this blog. I would (and frequently do) blog even if no one responds, because I like to formulate my thoughts through writing and to document our fun little family life in stories and pictures, but there's also a great opportunity for interaction and connection that I want to take better advantage of.
I also want to take this opportunity just to say thanks for reading. I started blogging in 2006, just to give this new trend a try, and since Kate has been born, I've written almost twice as many posts as I did in the years before she was born! I like theological reflections and ranting about church stuff, but I'm much more eloquent and prolific in the matters of mommyhood, it seems. I hope this blog brings a smile to your face and (occasionally) a new thought to your head.
